Most high end beauty retouchers tout Frequency Separation when it comes to retouching a model’s skin. What I’ve found, Frequency Separation often isn’t the best choice if your model isn’t a younger woman with professionally applied makeup. In this video, I demonstrate a method I think works well for the rest of us.
