It looks like a large reflector was at camera right

It appears the photographer focused on the left eye (her left eye. Not photographer’s left) of the lady in the center, and I’m not sure where the photographer metered — they did use flash so they probably used a flash meter.
It appears two lights were used. One larger softbox to camera left and a smaller one at camera. Both are relatively high.
